Getting Started
Download the Listub app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the app and tap on "Sign Up". Enter your first and last name, email address, password, country, and preferred language. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration.
After signing up, you will receive a 6-digit PIN sent to your email address. Enter this PIN on the verification screen within the app to verify your account. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new PIN from the app.
Premium plans unlock all premium modules and allow you to create up to 100 rooms, depending on the package you choose. Additional benefits include priority support and early access to new features.
Account & Security
2FA is enabled by default for all new accounts. To disable or re-enable it, go to your account settings, navigate to the "Security" tab, and toggle the 2FA option.
Yes, you can change your email address and password in your account settings under the "Profile" section. Remember to save your changes and verify your new email address if you update it.
To delete your account, log in and go to your profile settings. Select "Delete Account" and follow the instructions. You'll need to confirm your password and verify via a PIN sent to your email. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

Navigate to the menu and select the "Subscription" page. From there, choose the premium plan that suits you best and follow the payment instructions through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Sharing & Collaboration
Open the room you want to share, tap on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select "Manage Members". Enter the email addresses of people you want to invite and send the invitations.
Yes, if you're the room owner or have admin privileges, you can remove members by going to "Manage Members" and selecting the remove option next to their name.
Open the room, tap on the three dots, select "Leave Room", and confirm your decision. Note that if you're the owner, you'll need to transfer ownership or delete the room.
Technical Support
First, try restarting your device and updating the app to the latest version. If the problem persists, clear the app cache or reinstall the app. Contact our support team if issues continue.
Check your device's notification settings for Listub and ensure they're enabled. Also verify your in-app notification preferences in the settings menu.
